About Thorn Tree Pub & Kitchen
The Thorn Tree Inn is a traditional edge of town centre pub located in Ossett, West Yorkshire. Initially called ‘The Thorn’, the name was changed to ‘The Great Northern Hotel’ following the coming of the railway to Ossett in 1874 and then to The Thorn Tree Inn in 1961 The pub now offers food 6 days a week and is surrounded by stunning views of the valley to the back of the pub, with a large terrace you can sit and enjoy a meal and drinks with family and friends

Best pub in Ossett, family friendly, great management and staff, the beer is spot on and the food on offer is top notch.
Loads of great events for the community and you get a great weekend venue to have fun without the typical “weekend crowd”
Also, the beer garden – once summer arrives it has to be a great place for chilling with a nice cold relaxing pint amongst friends, and is a great sun trap.

Tried the new breakfast menu at thorn tree today and it was absolutely fabulous, large breakfast with toast and a hot drink was a bargain and good quality produce
